THE ACACIA STRAIN To Hit The Road With CALIBAN In September

July 18, 2006

Massachusetts' purveyors of all things heavy THE ACACIA STRAIN will head back out on the road this fall with Germany's CALIBAN. The two will tour throughout the United States in September and into October with various other support acts along the way, including labelmates LIGHT THIS CITY.

THE ACACIA STRAIN previously entered the Billboard Heatseekers chart at No. 40 behind strong first-week numbers for the band's new record, "The Dead Walk". Moving over 2,600 units first week upon the record's June 13 release, the band recently completed a string of dates alongside SOILENT GREEN and DEMIRICOUS. The video for "Angry Mob Justice", directed by Dave Brodsky (ALL THAT REMAINS, BURY YOUR DEAD) earlier in May, is nearing completion and will be online and on video outlets shortly.
