THE ALLSEEING I Parts Ways With Guitarist

April 11, 2007

Norwegian extreme metallers THE ALLSEEING I have parted ways with guitarist Rune Henrichsen.

Commented Henrichsen: "After much consideration I've decided to leave the band due to musical indifferences. This was a tough decision, but I feel that I can no longer give 100% in this musical direction. Over a long period of time I've felt a growing need to express extreme music in a more basic, less technical approach. My thanks to my bandmates, and everyone who has supported us through the years!"

THE ALLSEEING I announced last year that it was working on its debut album, "Holodemiurgia", with Valle Adzic (IMPIOUS, CARPATHIAN FOREST, BLOOD RED THRONE) for release via Sublife Productions, the production company started by Kjetil Nordhus (GREEN CARNATION, TRAIL OF TEARS) and Tchort (a.k.a. Terje Vik Schei; CARPATHIAN FOREST, GREEN CARNATION, BLOOD RED THRONE).

THE ALLSEEING I had previously released a four-song EP, "Jagannâtha", containing the tracks "Jagannâtha", "The Rite of Azhi Dahaka", "Dreamborn" and "Chronus Aion".
