THE ARCANE ORDER To Support TESTAMENT In Denmark

July 5, 2007

THE ARCANE ORDER, the Danish band featuring vocalist Kasper Thomsen (RAUNCHY) and guitarist Flemming C. Lund (INVOCATOR, ex-AUTUMN LEAVES),will support TESTAMENT on August 21 at Godset in Kolding, Denmark. "Needless to say it is an immense honour for us to play with the thrash kings whose records we have banged our heads to again and again throughout our metal education," THE ARCANE ORDER writes on its web site. "Be there folks!! AND if you want to catch THE ARCANE ORDER tear it up, remember to show up when the doors open at 20.00. We'll play shortly thereafter." Also scheduled to appear is LIPID.

THE ARCANE ORDER's debut album, "The Machinery of Oblivion", was released in August 2006 through Metal Blade Records. The band is currently writing material for the follow-up effort, which they have previously described in the following way: "We are trying to vary the new stuff a bit more... we have tried to increase speed, we are varying the songs a lot more bpm-wise, and we seem to have found a new approach to writing riffs which make them come out more extreme and original. We will make some really fast songs and at the same time have a few atmospheric 'breathers' as well."

THE ARCANE ORDER lineup:

Kasper Thomsen (RAUNCHY) - Vocals
Flemming C. Lund (INVOCATOR, ex-AUTUMN LEAVES) - Rhythm and Lead Guitar
Boris Tandrup (SUBMISSION, SLUGS, ex-AUTUMN LEAVES) - Bass
