May 22, 2008

THE AUDIO CARTEL the new band featuring Michael Schenker's (UFO, MSG) son Tyson and Ian Hunter's (MOTT THE HOOPLE) son Jesse has posted four new songs on its MySpace page.

Lifelong friends at opposite ends of the Atlantic Ocean, Tyson and Jesse decided it was time to start a band together. They started writing in Brooklyn, New York in January 2007 with Jesse's longtime drummer Justin Freeman. Three songs were written, and two were finalized with the help of Rick Tedesco from the Guitar Hangar, who recorded and produced them in his studio in Brookfield, CT.

Tyson Schenker's most recent project, FASTER INFERNO (formerly RAIDERS OF ROCK N' ROLL),called it quits in November 2006.
