THE DENIAL: Original JUDAS PRIEST Singer, Ex-IRON MAIDEN Guitarist Join Forces

Original JUDAS PRIEST singer Al Atkins and PRAYING MANTIS/ex-IRON MAIDEN guitarist Dennis Stratton have joined forces in a new band called THE DENIAL. The group, who will play a mix of new songs and old PRIEST/MAIDEN songs which they either wrote or played on, will perform a bunch of shows this summer, including a July date in Milwaukee playing alongside DEEP PURPLE, according to a posting on Atkins' web site. Joining Al and Dennis on tour will be Birmingham, England's new rock band THE VASELINERATS. No further information is available at this time.
