THE DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN: XM And Sirius Satellite Radio Appearances Scheduled

November 13, 2007

Members of THE DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN will be guest DJ hosts at an "Ire Works" record-release party being held tonight (November 13) at Club Europa (98 Meserole Ave) in Brooklyn, NY. In between DEP playing cuts off of "Ire Works", there will be live performances from Relapse labelmates CAR BOMB and DYSRHYTHMIA, as well as GIANT.

In other news, THE DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN has scheduled appearances on XM and Sirius Satellite radio this week to discuss "Ire Works". DEP vocalist Greg Puciato will be on XM Radio live today at 3:30 p.m. EST as part of XM Channel 42 Liquid Metal's "Hostile Takeover" program with host Katie Brutal. Then THE DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN guitarist Benjamin Weinman will join Sirius host Jose Mangin on Hard Attack Channel 27 for a candid edition of "Hard Files" on Thursday, November 15 at 7:00 p.m. EST (re-broadcasting Friday at noon EST, Saturday at 3:00 p.m. EST and Sunday at 6:00 p.m. EST).

THE DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN will begin touring in support of "Ire Works" on December 1 along with A LIFE ONCE LOST and GENGHIS TRON. This North American tour will make up for the band's previously announced headlining tour that the group was forced to postpone due to an injury in the band.
