THE F*CKING WRATH Signs With GOODFELLOW RECORDS

July 10, 2007

Goodfellow Records has announced the signing of THE FUCKING WRATH. The band has just completed work on its Goodfellow debut, "Season of Evil", for an August release. An extensive tour will follow.

According to a press release, THE FUCKING WRATH hosts members from bands such as MISSING 23RD and OX VS. THUNDERBIRD but sounds like "an amalgamation of groups such as TRAGEDY, BLACK SABBATH, and 'Kill 'em All'-era METALLICA."

Hailing from Montalvo, California, THE FUCKING WRATH consists of three longtime friends that all work in record stores and live on the same street. While the members have each been playing in bands for more than ten years, THE FUCKING WRATH formed a year-and-a-half ago as a result of jamming for fun after work.

Since their initial gig in November of 2005, THE FUCKING WRATH has played nearly 70 shows to date, including the No Idea Fest IV in Florida. The band recently completed a five-and-a-half week U.S. tour with GLASS AND ASHES and is set to embark on another nationwide tour with OX VS. THUNDERBIRD in the summer of 2007. Some of the notable bands that they have played with include TRAGEDY, COLISEUM, PLANES MISTAKEN FOR STARS, DAS OATH, ADOLESCENTS, and DR. KNOW.
