THE GATES OF SLUMBER's 'Trapped In The Web' Video Posted Online

"Trapped in the Web", the new video from heralded Indianapolis, IN doom metal masters THE GATES OF SLUMBER, can be viewed below (courtesy of MTV's Headbanger's Blog). [Note: Video stream may not be available to some non-U.S. residents.] The clip, which was filmed on April 13 with Andy Reale (THROWDOWN, IMPENDING DOOM),will make its world-television premiere this Saturday, July 26 as part of MTV2's long-running "Headbanger's Ball" program.

"Trapped in the Web" comes off THE GATES OF SLUMBER's latest album, "Conqueror", which was released in North America on May 27 via Profound Lore (I Hate in Europe). The CD was recorded at Volume Studios with producer Sanford Parker, who has previously worked with BIBLE OF THE DEVIL, LAIR OF THE MINOTAUR and NACHMYSTIUM, among others.

THE GATES OF SLUMBER will have its "Suffer No Guilt" and "The Awakening" albums re-released on vinyl in September/October via Iron Kodex.
