December 21, 2003

Holland's THE GATHERING have posted the track "Locked Away" from their upcoming "semi-acoustic" live album, "Sleepy Buildings", at this location. As previously reported, "Saturnine" taken from the same CD, can be downloaded from the Century Media Records web site by clicking here.

Recorded at two exclusive gigs held at the LUX movie theatre and venue in Nijmegen, Holland on August 21-22, "Sleepy Buildings" (due on Jan. 26) features selections from the group's entire career — from the classic debut "Always" to the commercial breakthough "Mandylion" to the trip-rock of "If_Then_Else".

THE GATHERING will be embarking on a short North American headlining tour beginning in on February 12 in Cleveland. Main support at all shows will come from Portland, Oregon's AGALLOCH.

THE GATHERING/AGALLOCH North American tour dates:

Feb. 12 - Cleveland, OH @ Agora
Feb. 13 - Toronto, CAN @ Club Rockit
Feb. 14 - Brooklyn, NY @ L'Amour
Feb. 15 - Cambridge, MA @ The Middle East
Feb. 16 - Washington, DC @ 9:30 Club

THE GATHERING will embark on a short tour of Mexico in late February and are tentatively planning on returning to the U.S. in June for a more extensive trek.
