THE GATHERING Split With Century Media, Announce ULVER Collaboration

February 21, 2002

Holland's THE GATHERING have split with longtime label Century Media Records and are currently negotiating with several labels and distributors for their next studio album, which will be released at the end of the year. The band have also announced plans to collaborate with ULVER mastermind Trickster G (a.k.a. Christophorus G Rygg) on the upcoming CD, with at least one track set to feature a duet between THE GATHERING frontwoman Anneke van Giersbergen and Trickster, and possibly more to come. So far, these are the only known working song titles that are tentatively set to appear on the as-yet-untitled album:

01. Golden Grounds
02. Even The Spirits Are Afraid
03. Zion
04. Broken Glass
05. Souvenirs
