THE POWER OF METAL 1 Festival Gets Scaled Down

November 4, 2002

Florida's The Power of Metal 1 festival, previously set to take place on Nov. 18 at Tabu Nightclub in Orlando, has been rescheduled for Nov. 20 at The Social.

Susan Elder, The Power of Metal 1 festival promoter stated: "The show is going to be a lot more intimate. We lost our big sponsor, Mars, and without them there was no way we would have been able to put on such a large show. We are still having EDGUY, ROB ROCK, THE RICK RENSTROM BAND (featuring ICED EARTH drummer Richard Christy and ex-CRIMSON GLORY/SEVEN WITCHES singer Wade Black),and local act EZRA STONE. We hope everyone out there can join us for this great metal experience!!!"

For more information, visit the festival's official web site at this location.
