THE PROPHECY Continuing Work On New Album

January 16, 2008

English progressive doomsters THE PROPHECY have issued the following update:

"THE PROPHECY will be appearing at a number of local shows with Northern Ireland metal heroes HONEY FOR CHRIST. The last show at the Snooty Fox in Wakefield will be played in aid of cancer research so make sure you come along for a top night out!

"The band continue to finalise the tracks for the new CD. The band have provisionally booked in to Priory Studios in Sutton Coalfields."

THE PROPHECY last fall posted a pre-production track from the band's forthcoming album, "Into the Light", on the group's MySpace page. The song, entitled "Dont Forget", was played at dates on their recent European tour.
