THE PROPHECY: Working Title Of New Album Announced
March 16, 2007Yorkshire doom-death metallers THE PROPHECY have set "Into the Light" as the working title of their new album. "So far we have eight songs completed and are working on the last few songs prior to doing a pre-production session," the band writes in a press release.
In other news, Camisole, the company who filmed THE PROPHECY's performance at the Dutch Doom Day festival, has finished editing the footage for an upcoming DVD release. More information will be made available soon.
THE PROPHECY's latest CD, "Revelations", came out on February 5 through No Face Records. A track from the CD, entitled "Rivers", has been posted online at the band's MySpace page.

THE PROPHECY began work on "Revelations" in February 2004 after participating in the Doomination of Europe tour in 2003.
THE PROPHECY issued its debut album, titled "Ashes", through Blackdoom Records, the label founded by MY DYING BRIDE guitarists Andrew Craighan and Hamish Glencross.
