THE QUIREBOYS: Two Songs From Acoustic Album Posted Online
October 20, 2009U.K. rockers THE QUIREBOYS have posted two new tracks from the forthcoming acoustic/Americana album "Halfpenny Dancer (Vol. 1)" — a revamped version of "There She Goes Again" and a cover of the UFO classic "Love To Love".
"Halfpenny Dancer (Vol. 1)" contains the following 13 tracks:

"Halfpenny Dancer (Vol. 1)" will be available from November 1 exclusively from www.quireboys.com.
THE QUIREBOYS, in conjunction with EMI Records, will release a remastered (at Abbey Road studios) 20th-anniversary edition of "A Bit Of What You Fancy" in November. This reissue will include bonus demo tracks and new photos and liner notes. It will initially only be available at THE QUIREBOYS shows in December and from the band's web site from November.
Released in 1990, "A Bit Of What You Fancy" reached No. 2 on the U.K. chart. Four of the tracks from this LP ("7 O'Clock", "Hey You", "I Don't Love You Anymore" and "There She Goes Again") were released as singles, with promotional videos to go along with them. "Hey You" was the most successful, as it reached No. 14 on the U.K. single chart.
