THE RING to Support MOTÖRHEAD And SEPULTURA In Germany

THE RING, the Swedish band featuring former HUMANIMAL/GREAT KING RAT guitarist Pontus Norgren and ex-JEKYLL & HYDE frontman Jakob Samuel, will be supporting MOTÖRHEAD and SEPULTURA at the following German dates:

Dec. 03 - Erfurt, GER @ Thuringenhalle
Dec. 04 - Magdeburg, GER @ A.M.O.
Dec. 05 - Wiesbaden, GER @ Schlachthof
Dec. 07 - Dusseldorf, GER @ Philipshalle
Dec. 08 - Hannover, GER @ Capitol
Dec. 09 - Dresden, GER @ Schlachthof
Dec. 10 - Stuttgart, GER @ Congresscenter

In other news, THE RING have written and demoed two new songs for their next album. "We believe it's the best we made so far, and that's a promise," the band write on their web site.

THE RING's debut album, "Tales From Midgard", was recently released through Italy's Scarlet Records.

The first part of a trilogy based on the fantastic story of Tolkien's first part of "Lord of the Rings", "Tales From Midgard" features "magnificent" cover artwork by JP Fournier (EDGUY, AVANTASIA, IMMORTAL, DRAGONFORCE).
