SIX FEET UNDER's new album, "Bringer Of Blood", is due on September 23 through Metal Blade Records. The disc, rampant with an infectious blend of jackhammer grooves and pure aggressive immensity, fuses the band's attraction to dark fantasy as well as significant social commentary.

Recorded at the renowned Morrisound Studios in Florida and produced (as were all previous SIX FEET UNDER releases) by singer Chris Barnes himself, "Bringer Of Blood" features a free DVD supplement containing interviews with the band, a documentary about the band and the metal scene, "Six Feet Underground" — which made its screening debut recently at the Chicago Independent Film Festival) filmed by underground film maker Deron Grams, and an extensive photo gallery.

The first video clip from "Bringer of Blood", the social commentary-intense "Amerika The Brutal" has debuted on MTV2's "Headbanger's Ball" program, and radio support is quickly following. Vocalist Chris Barnes said, "I'm really proud that MTV picked this one up. The video is an honest view about the state of affairs in the world today. People are being ostracized in this country for free thought, and putting Freedom Of Speech to the test at a time when it needs to be, because there's something really wrong is happening out there, and people need to be made aware of it "
