THE WILDHEARTS: European Dates Announced

U.K. long-running rockers THE WILDHEARTS have scheduled the following European tour dates:

Dec. 02 - Stockholm, Sweden - Göta Källare
Dec. 03 - Gothenburg, Sweden - Sticky Fingers
Dec. 05 - Copenhagen, Denmark - The Rock
Dec. 09 - Tampere, Finland - Klubi
Dec. 10 - Helsinki, Finland - Nosturi
Dec. 12 - Joensuu, Finland - Kellari

Special guests in Stockholm will be Conny Bloom (ELECTRIC BOYS, HANOI ROCKS) and Dregen (BACKYARD BABIES),and support for the Finnish dates comes from THE SOULS.

There will also be an exhibition of THE WILDHEARTS collectibles and memorabilia at Helsinki City Library from December 8.

Following THE WILDHEARTS frontman Ginger's birthday show on December 17, the band will play two Christmas shows in the UK:

Dec. 21 - Wolverhampton, UK - Wulfrun Hall
Dec. 22 - London, UK - O2 Academy Islington

THE WILDHEARTS' ninth studio album, "Chutzpah!", was released on August 31 via Backstage Alliance (distributed through Cargo).

Recorded in Denmark with producer Jacob Hansen (VOLBEAT, THE BRONX, THE STORM),"Chutzpah!" is described by lead singer Ginger as "unlike any [LP] that we've made so far." Bassist Scott Sorry added, "This album is not only my favorite WILDHEARTS record, but it's one of my favorite records to have ever been a part of."
