THE WILDHEARTS Frontman's Solo Album 'Looks Set To Be A Double'

November 28, 2005

THE WILDHEARTS frontman Ginger has issued the following update regarding his upcoming solo album, "Valor Del Corazon":

"The album looks set to be a double. With almost 80 minutes of music crammed onto this new release the limits of the 74-minute CD are, sadly, too puny to contain this monolithic beast of a thing.

"We have had a re-think and are going to give the album exclusively to HMV to handle in January, but the December 19th release will now be available on Amazon (as well as other Internet outlets, hopefully) instead. Do not worry, the release date is still December 19th, but using this method we can sell to people outside of the U.K. also. We think that this is the fairest way of making this album available to fans and followers everywhere."

"Valor Del Corazon" was recorded at Willie Nelson's studio in Texas during the summer of 2005 with producer Ralph Jezzard (who had previously worked on THE WILDHEARTS' "Endless Nameless" CD). Check out the songs "The Man Who Cheated Death" and "Ten Flaws Down" at www.myspace.com/silverginger.
