THERAPY? Cancel Turkish Shows
April 12, 2004Ireland's THERAPY? have cancelled their previously announced shows in Turkey due to "the Turkish promoter failing to provide us with guarantees and repeatedly lying about what he had and hadn't done," according to a post on the band's web site. "Because of this we lost faith in his ability to put on a professional show for the band and most importantly, the people who bought tickets. We'll be posting a full detailed explanation of what went on later in the week but for now please accept our sincerest apologies and rest assured we are also very disappointed with this turn of events."
THERAPY? recently announced the departure of Martin McCarrick (guitar/cello) from the group's ranks. All future recordings and live work will be performed as a trio.
