THERION's SNOWY SHAW To Handle Artwork, Photography For HARDCORE SUPERSTAR

May 17, 2007

Swedish multi-instrumentalist Snowy Shaw (THERION, DREAM EVIL, KING DIAMOND, MERCYFUL FATE, MEMENTO MORI, NOTRE DAME) has been hired to handle the artwork, illustrations and photography for the upcoming releases by Swedish sleaze rockers HARDCORE SUPERSTAR.

In other news, Swedish glam/sleaze act LOUD'N'NASTY will release its Snowy Shaw-produced three-song single on May 25. In connection to its release, Snowy will play the drums with his friends at a couple of release parties in Sweden:

May 25 - Konserven - Grebbestad, SWE
May 30 - Riot Act - Pub Anchor - Stockholm, SWE
Jun. 01 - Sticky Fingers - Gothenburg, SWE

Shaw was named the new singer in THERION in October 2006. The group's new album, "Gothic Kabbalah", was recorded and mixed in Stockholm by Stefan Glaumann (RAMMSTEIN, EVERGREY, EUROPE) and was released in January 2007 via Nuclear Blast Records. Snowy shares the vocal duties on the CD with Mats Levén (YNGWIE MALMSTEEN, KRUX, AT VANCE) and two female singers.
