THORIUM: 'Feral Creation' E-Card Available

September 24, 2007

Danish metal band THORIUM will release its "comeback" album, entitled "Feral Creation", in January/February 2008 via Mighty Music. The CD was recorded at the Berno Studio (THE HAUNTED, VOMITORY, DERANGED) in Sweden and was mixed with Jacob Hansen (ABORTED, MERCENARY, VOLBEAT) at Hansen Studios. The cover artwork for the album was created by legendary artist Dan Seagrave (MALEVOLENT CREATION, ENTOMBED, SUFFOCATION). Check out an e-card for the CD at this location.

THORIUM has been confirmed for the sixth edition of the Aalborg Metal Festival, set to take place November 2-3, 2007 in Aalborg, Denmark. Also scheduled to appear are KREATOR, DREAM EVIL, SOILWORK, CHIMAIRA, CALIBAN and SIRENIA, among others.

Commented THORIUM guitarist Allan Tvedebrink: "We are looking very much forward to playing Aalborg Metal Festival. This festival is no doubt the best of its kind in Denmark and we eagerly await to perform both our old shit and the brand new material with our current lineup. We're still THORIUM, but people will drop some jaws when they hear our new songs! Expect a little bit more than an old-school death metal show performed by angry, old men."

THORIUM released two strong albums on Diehard Music in the years 2000 and 2002 to much acclaim in the European metal press with sales exceeding 5,000 copies. As Diehard decided to close its doors, THORIUM took a break for some years to concentrate on the songwriting and figuring out which direction to take with its new material.

THORIUM 2007 lineup:

MHA - Vokills
Allan Tvedebrink - Axe
Marcel Lech - Axe
Nikolaj Borg - Battery
KB-Larsen - Bomber
