THRESHOLD To Release 'For The Journey' In September

March 25, 2014

British progressive metallers THRESHOLD have set title "For The Journey" as the title of their new album, due at the end of September via Nuclear Blast. The follow-up to 2012's "March Of Progress" is being produced at Thin Ice Studios in England by THRESHOLD members Karl Groom (guitars) and Richard West (keyboards).

Commented West: "Our recording sessions have been wonderful; we've really enjoyed making this record.

"All the basic parts are recorded, so now it's just a case of finishing our solos, compiling the vocals and adding more production moments.

"I think we've made a very solid record. We're really looking forward to putting it out there."

THRESHOLD will take a short break from the studio in April to perform shows in Germany and Holland before commencing the final mixing in May at Thin Ice Studios.

Songtitles set to appear on the CD:

* Watchtower On The Moon
* Unforgiven
* The Box
* Turned To Dust
* Lost In Your Memory
* Autumn Red
* The Mystery Show
* I Wish I Could
* Siren Sky

THRESHOLD's ninth studio album, "March Of Progress", was released on August 31, 2012 via Nuclear Blast Records.

Vocal duties on "March Of Progress" were performed by THRESHOLD's original frontman Damian Wilson (STAR ONE, HEADSPACE),who's been back touring with the band since the release of 2007's "Dead Reckoning".
