THRONE OF KATARSIS Schedules German, Dutch Dates

Norwegian black metallers THRONE OF KATARSIS will perform outside the Norwegian borders for the first time this fall. On October 5 THRONE OF KATARSIS will play in Waltershausen, Germany alongside BESATT, INFERNO and PESTNEBEL. A day later, THRONE OF KATARSIS will appear at the Sathanas In Gloriam festival in Rotterdam, Holland with NARGAROTH , SETHERIAL, CORPUS CHRISTII, PANCHRYSIA and more. More dates will be announced soon.

THRONE OF KATARSIS' full-length debut, "An Eternal Dark Horizon", is available on Candlelight Records. The CD was recorded at Black Dimension Studio (owned and operated by Stein Sund of THUNDRA).

THRONE OF KATARSIS was spawned in 2003 in Norway by the demonic visions of Grimnisse and Vardalv. Their prophecy was and still is to craft purified and atmospheric occult black metal in the true vein of early Nineties Norwegian black metal, and focused on spreading the unholy message through their blasphemous lyrics. Their lineup is simple, yet effective: Vardalv plays the drums and Grimnisse takes care of the rest of the instruments.
