THUS DEFILED Joined By MIKE BROWNING For MORBID ANGEL Cover

November 25, 2008

U.K. black metallers THUS DEFILED have issued the following update:

"THUS DEFILED are proud to announce a collaboration with the legendary Mike Browning [MORBID ANGEL, AFTER DEATH] on our cover of 'DemonSeed' which is to feature on the forthcoming split album with fellow U.K. avantgarde black metallers THE MEADS OF ASPHODEL.

"The atmosphere MORBID ANGEL created on their seminal 'Abominations of Desolation' album was one of the most evil ever created and we are proud that their founder member Mike joins us to provide vocals on this cover version."

The follow-up to 2003's "Weeping Holocaust Tears", THUS DEFILED's "Daemonspawn" album (2007, Shadowflame Productions) was recorded in Texas during 2006 and was mastered by guitarist-turned-producer James Murphy (ex-TESTAMENT, DEATH, OBITUARY).
