1349 To Embark On Short North American Tour In March

Norwegian black metallers 1349 will embark on a short North American tour in March. The details are as follows:

Feb. 28 - Atlanta, GA @ [to be announced]
Mar. 01 - Springfield, VA @ Jaxx (w/ SATYRICON)
Mar. 02 - New York, NY @ B.B. King Blues Club & Grill
Mar. 03 - Montreal, QUE @ Petit Campus
Mar. 04 - West Hollywood, CA @ Whisky A Go Go
Mar. 05 - San Marcos, CA @ Jumping Turtle

Tickets for March 2-5 go on sale today (Thursday, January 8) exclusively through EnterTheVault.com until January 17 when they go on sale through all normal ticketing outlets. Plans exist for the band to return later in 2009 for more extensive touring.

1349 released its third studio album, "Hellfire", in the U.S. in October 2005 via Candlelight Records. Recorded at StudioStudio in Nyhagen, Norway, "Hellfire" was supported by a North American tour with CELTIC FROST.
