TOMMY BOLIN: 'Whips And Roses II' Collection Due In September

According to Deep-Purple.net, the second of the planned series of Tommy Bolin (late DEEP PURPLE/JAMES GANG guitarist) CDs and DVD has been compiled by Johnnie Bolin (Tommy Bolin's brother/drummer) and producer Greg Hampton. Due late September, "Whips and Roses II" features four alternate tracks from "Teaser" ("Vol. 1" contained alternate takes of the other five cuts from the LP),plus material earmarked but not included and some extra material from the vaults, including two lengthy closing tracks which total over twenty minutes in length.
