August 15, 2007The Ottawa Citizen reports that MÖTLEY CRÜE drummer Tommy Lee blasted into Ottawa, Ontario, Canada Monday (August 13),arriving fashionably late at the Tila Tequila club in the Byward Market where he played DJ for a delighted capacity crowd of fans.
Lee, who is on tour with DJ Aero on the pair's Electro Mayhem Tour, took to the stage around 11:30 p.m. and pumped out "dirty electro house music" for more than two hours.
The delirious crowd of about 450 people in the club watched as the 45-year-old ex-husband of Pamela Anderson jumped frantically around the makeshift stage as he spun records.
It didn't take long for Lee to settle into a groove as he worked the turntable console, occasionally taking sips from a liquor bottle and smiling to the women in the front rows. He removed his T-shirt and exposed his tattooed body and even lit up a cigarette as fans cheered him on by chanting "Tommy Tommy."
