TOMMY LEE Is Looking For Next MARILYN MANSON To Front SUPERNOVA

May 26, 2006

World Entertainment News Network is reporting that MÖTLEY CRÜE drummer Tommy Lee is looking for the next Marilyn Manson to front his new supergroup SUPERNOVA.

Lee has teamed up with former GUNS N' ROSES star Gilby Clarke and ex-METALLICA bassist Jason Newsted, and the trio are now seeking out an unknown singer on the second season of TV reality show "Rock Star".

Producers of the show have selected the finalists for the series from more than 16,000 hopefuls and Lee knows exactly what he's looking for in a frontman.

He explains, "I want someone who has a lot of style and a lot of flavor.

"A good singer should also be fucking dangerous. I like not really knowing whether or not the guy is doing to make it through the show.

"Like Marilyn Manson — you don't know what that guy is going to do."
