June 30, 2003

Former MÖTLEY CRÜE drummer Tommy Lee says that he is "impressed" by outpouring of negative comments on BLABBERMOUTH.NET following his most recent remarks regarding his collaboration with BACKSTREET BOYS singer Nick Carter.

In a brand new posting (dated June 29) to the "Tommy's Journal" section of www.joysmayhem.com, Lee writes, "WOW! I'm impressed! So many haters that spent so much time on me over there [on BLABBERMOUTH.NET]. Thanks guys! WOW!! I'm gonna cry! Thank you all!! TfuckinLee"

As previously reported, Lee is set to co-produce and co-write several tracks for the sophomore solo album from Carter, tentatively due in early 2004.

Nick's first solo record, 2002's "Now or Never", debuted at No. 17 on The Billboard 200 chart with over 67,000 copies sold during its first week of release.
