TOMMY LEE Sued By Photographer
March 1, 2013Photographer Freddy Hernandez, a resident of Palm Beach County, has filed a lawsuit against MÖTLEY CRÜE drummer Tommy Lee. Attorney Robert Dixon of the Law Offices of Robert Dixon is representing the plaintiff.
The lawsuit alleges that on July 7, 2012, Lee was at a public beach in Palm Beach County, Florida. Hernandez was also a visitor at the same beach, taking pictures of Lee. The lawsuit alleges that Lee touched and/or struck Hernandez without the photographer's permission, by hitting his camera, while Hernandez was holding said camera — and as a result, Hernandez suffered injuries.
