The Tony Iommi Message Board has been fielding questions for Tony to answer over the past few weeks. Well, today (Dec. 4) was the day that he finally appeared to answer many of the fans' questions! His opening post summed up his state of mind at the moment quite succinctly:

"Hey there,

"Well, I've been looking through your questions — there certainly are a lot of them and I'm not sure that I can answer them all. A lot of you are keen to hear future plans for myself and for SABBATH. I'd love to tell you exactly what's going on in the next few months. But in truth it's a really 'up in the air' sort of time. We've been looking into countless ideas, from new albums to DVDs, and thinking of re-releasing and remastering all sorts of pre-existing material. After 35 years we've certainly amassed enough material, from live recordings to rehearsals and outtakes, to release a new album every week! But nothing has officially been decided, so at the moment there really is nothing concrete that I can tell you about future solo or SABBATH albums. All I can do is assure you that YOU WILL BE THE FIRST TO KNOW when we have definite plans for the future. And I thank every one of you for your constant support and praise — it certainly makes me feel even more proud of the music that I've been involved with playing and creating over the years.”

"On to the questions... I'll answer as many as I can, and dig around in the ol' memory and see what I can find!

"Best wishes to you all
