TOOL Co-Headlining Second 'All Points West'

March 31, 2009

According to The Pulse of Radio, TOOL, COLDPLAY and the BEASTIE BOYS will headline the second annual All Points West Music & Arts Festival, which will return to Liberty State Park in Jersey City, New Jersey on July 31, August 1 and August 2. Also among the more than 55 acts appearing at the event will be the YEAH YEAH YEAHS, VAMPIRE WEEKEND, MGMT, ECHO & THE BUNNYMEN, MY BLOODY VALENTINE, ARCTIC MONKEYS and many others. The BEASTIE BOYS will headline on Friday, July 31, while TOOL will close the show on Saturday, August 1. COLDPLAY will wrap up the festival on Sunday, August 2.

Tickets for All Points West go on sale this Friday (April 3) through Ticketmaster.com. Single-day tickets are $89, while three-day passes are $199 for a limited time. As a sign of the current economic climate, layaway plans are also available.

The show's producers announced that they have improved and increased light rail and ferry transportation to the park, a chief concern following last year's inaugural event.
