TRAIL OF TEARS To Enter The Studio In June

March 2, 2006

Norway's TRAIL OF TEARS will enter Soundsuite Studio in Marseille, France on June 25 with producer Terje Refsnes to start recording their as-yet-untitled fifth album. The band expect to spend six weeks tracking the effort for a late 2006 release via Napalm Records.

Commented vocalist Ronny Thorsen: "It will be a bigger-sounding album, for sure more orchestrated and symphonic. We are extremely satisfied with the pre-productions we have done and have strong faith in the material! We are also looking forward to work with Terje Refsnes again for the first time since 2002's 'A New Dimension of Might' album."

TRAIL OF TEARS's latest album, "Free Fall Into Fear", is available now on Napalm Records. The follow-up to "A New Dimension of Might" was recorded at Dub Studio with producer Endre Kirkesola (GREEN CARNATION, BLOOD RED THRONE).
