Tribute To Fallen VADER Drummer To Air On Extreme Music Video Show

August 25, 2005

On Monday, August 29, long-running extreme music video show "Visions of the Dead" will air a special tribute show to the recently departed VADER drummer Doc Raczkowski. "Visions of the Dead" will air video clips and live footage from Doc's efforts in VADER and DIES IRAE.

The producers of "Visions of the Dead" commented: "When we first heard the news, like thousands of fans, our mouths dropped reading the news that Doc had passed away. Doc has been an influential part in the extreme metal world, showing that being in a band like VADER requires the same level of skill as any drummer from any genre. He was so incredible; he made playing VADER songs look easy. We have always been strong supporters of VADER, so you know this news about Doc is crushing."

"Visions of the Dead" airs in Southern California on Adelphia and Time Warner cable systems exclusively. More information is available at www.votd.us.
