TRIBUZY Preparing To Enter Studio

February 4, 2009

TRIBUZY, the project led by Brazilian singer Renato Tribuzy, is preparing to enter the studio to begin recording its new studio CD. Renato states, "We finally finished selecting the 11 tracks that will be on our next album. I know that we took longer than expected, but we had 28 songs to choose from, and that made it difficult to choose the very best! I've been writing material for the new album since the release of the 'Execution' album, and I wanted the new album to be as good as 'Execution' with its own new vibe, so I did all the pre-production work with great care. In fact I think it's going to be better than 'Execution'."

He continued, "I finished the production of the album by the Brazilian heavy metal band RECKONING last year and now I'm currently finishing the production of the new album by the Brazilian heavy metal band DREADNOX in the coming months. Then we'll start the recording of the drums for the new TRIBUZY album."

TRIBUZY's "Execution: Live Reunion" DVD was released in the U.S. in August 2007 via Locomotive Records. The live album is the concert version of the band’s successful 2005 "Execution" album, only this time it's star-studded with members of IRON MAIDEN (vocalist Bruce Dickinson),PRIMAL FEAR (vocalists Ralf Scheepers and Mat Sinner),ANGRA (guitarist Kiko Loureiro),HELLOWEEN (guitarist Roland Grapow),HALFORD (guitarist Roy Z) and BRUCE DICKINSON (bassist Chris Dale).

Taken from three Brazilian November 2005 shows in four nights, the 75-minute extravaganza marks the first time these internationally acclaimed metal musicians appeared on the same stage at the same time. The packaging comes complete with a "Making of Execution Live Reunion" documentary starring all of the aforementioned headbangers plus TRIBUZY itself — singer Renato Tribuzy, guitarist Frank Schieber, bassist Ivan Guihon and drummer Flavio Pascarillo.
