TRUTH CORRODED, DOUBLE DRAGON To Team Up For EP

February 23, 2009

Adelaide, Australia-based metal heavy hitters and Truth Inc Records recording artists TRUTH CORRODED and DOUBLE DRAGON will team up for a joint EP, aptly titled "Double Dragon vs. Truth Corroded, The Devastation / Decimation EP". Executive producer Daniel Murtagh offered both bands the opportunity to cover two songs from each other's back catalogue at Deep Blue Studios, the new state-of-the-art recording studio located in the bands' hometown. Daniel states, "What better way to get the recordings started than to get two of Adelaide's favorite sons, TRUTH CORRODED and DOUBLE DRAGON, in for a couple of days smashing up each others songs. Not only will it be a great experiment to see how these bands, who are good friends and labelmates, re-work and add their own flavors to each other's songs, but it will be great for the studio to get in these great musicians who have served Adelaide's music scenes extremely well over the last five years with their contributions to the Adelaide live music scene."

DOUBLE DRAGON will be reworking the songs "Ninety One" and "Nothing at Hand", while TRUTH CORRODED will be covering "Inflictor" and "Like Nails".

DOUBLE DRAGON and TRUTH CORRODED will embark on a full Australian tour in support of this EP.
