TWICE THE SUN: New Singer NeededJune 16, 2002
Miami, Florida's "alternative metal" act TWICE THE SUN have parted ways with singer James Partridge and are currently seeking a replacement. Interested parties can call (305) 469-8500 or send an e-mail to [email protected] for more info.
As previously reported, TWICE THE SUN recently inked a deal with Roadrunner Records as a joint signing between R2 Publishing head Dave Bason (the man who brought THE STROKES to RCA) and Roadrunner A&R guy Mike Gitter (i.e. ILL NINO, KILLSWITCH ENGAGE, GLASSJAW). Tentative plans are for TWICE THE SUN to hit the studio with producer Michael "Elvis" Baskette (i.e. INCUBUS, STONE TEMPLE PILOTS) in the fall for an early 2003 release.
