TWISTED SISTER Frontman Performs With 'Rock Of Ages' Cast On 'America's Got Talent'
July 15, 2010TWISTED SISTER frontman Dee Snider joined the cast of the Broadway musical "Rock Of Ages" last night (Wednesday, July 14) at the quarterfinals of "America's Got Talent" to perform the TWISTED SISTER classic "I Wanna Rock". Watch video footage of the performance below.
The "Rock Of Ages" cast is led by former "American Idol" finalist Constantine Maroulis, who starred in the musical's Broadway production that won five Tony Awards.
The show is propelled by signature '80s rock anthems popularized by JOURNEY, TWISTED SISTER, JOAN JETT, PAT BENATAR, FOREIGNER, BON JOVI and REO SPEEDWAGON.
The producers described the musical as such: "It's the late 1980s and the final countdown is on for a legendary Hollywood rock club facing its demise at the hands of eager developers. When a young rocker hungry for his big break and a small town girl chasing her dreams land on the scene at this infamous venue, how far will ambition drive them? And will it be lights out for the club and all the regulars and rockers who have made it their home?"
