TYGERS OF PAN TANG: Release Date Announced For 'Back & Beyond' EP

October 18, 2007

NWOBHM legends TYGERS OF PAN TANG have issued the following update:

"We finally have a release date of the 29th October for the brand new five-track EP called 'Back & Beyond'. For those not aware the EP has two brand new songs 'Live For Today' and 'Bury The Hatchet' as well as three reworked classics 'Hellbound', 'Take It' and 'Rock And Roll Man'. The EP was mixed by Ben Matthews of THUNDER and released through THUNDER's record label. We think you will be pleasantly surprised with the new material as the reaction from playing the songs live has been fantastic. The EP wil be priced £5.50 + P&P and will be available from www.tygersofpantang.com and www.thunderonline.com. For any other information or PayPal orders please contact the band management on [email protected]."

TYGERS OF PAN TANG's new album has a working title of "Animal Instinct" and sees the band "go back to their early roots, playing hard-edged rock in the manner of 'Wildcat' and 'Spellbound'," according to a press release.

TYGERS OF PAN TANG's current lineup is:

Robb Weir - Guitar
Dean Robertson - Guitar
Jacopo Meille - Vocals
Brian West - Bass
Craig Ellis - Drums
