TYGERS OF PAN TANG, WAYSTED To Team Up For Camden Gig

NWOBHM legends TYGERS OF PAN TANG will team up with WAYSTED, the reunited mid-'80s British heavy metal outfit led by UFO bassist Pete Way (hence the spelling of the group's name),for a special concert on March 6, 2008 at The Underworld in Camden, UK. The doors open at 7:00 p.m. and tickets are priced at £12.00 plus posting by recorded delivery.

TYGERS OF PAN TANG' "Back & Beyond" EP features two brand new songs — "Live For Today" and "Bury The Hatchet" — as well as three reworked classics ("Hellbound", "Take It" and "Rock And Roll Man"). The EP was mixed by Ben Matthews of THUNDER and released through THUNDER's record label.

TYGERS OF PAN TANG's new album has a working title of "Animal Instinct" and sees the band "go back to their early roots, playing hard-edged rock in the manner of 'Wildcat' and 'Spellbound'," according to a press release.
