UNDER EDEN Completes Work On New EP

April 26, 2008

Minnesota death/thrash outfit UNDER EDEN has completed work on a new EP entitled "Phoenix on Frozen Wings", consisting of three brand new tracks and remixed versions of two songs from the group's 2005 debut "The Savage Circle".

The CD's cover, with photography by Thomas Picard, is shown can be found at this location.

"Phoenix on Frozen Wings" track listing:

01. Serpent Birth
02. Phoenix on Frozen Wings
03. Future Devourer
04. Seventh Night (remix)
05. Most Low Gods (remix)

This marks the first new output from the band since "The Savage Circle" was released in 2005 by the now-defunct Greek label Black Lotus Records. The new songs were self-produced by UNDER EDEN, while the remixes were handled by longtime collaborator Jamie Strobach in order to present the earlier songs in the manner originally intended by the band but absent from the Black Lotus release. Meanwhile, writing and recording continue for a full-length concept album to follow.

"Phoenix on Frozen Wings" will be available directly from www.under-eden.net starting May 1.

In addition to other dates, UNDER EDEN was recently confirmed for the Heathen Crusade 3 festival to take place in November.
