URIAH HEEP To Support ALICE COOPER In Finland

British rock legends URIAH HEEP will support ALICE COOPER in Finland this November. The group's schedule is now shaping up as follows:

Oct. 21 - Sevastopol, Ukraine - UCIC (Cultural Club)
Nov. 24 - Alahama, Finland - Mortorpark *
Nov. 25 - Helsinki, Finland - Icehall *
Nov. 26 - Oulu, Finland - Teatria *

URIAH HEEP recently entered Chapel Studios (THE DARKNESS, ARTIC MONKEYS) in Lincolnshire with producer Mike Paxman (STATUS QUO, JUDIE TZUKE) to begin recording its first studio since 1998's "Sonic Origami". The as-yet-untitled album — which will be HEEP's 21st official studio LP — is scheduled for release in early 2008 on Sanctuary Records.

Sanctuary Japan recently released virtually the entire catalog from URIAH HEEP as limited-edition paper sleeves, remastered with bonus material.
