VAN CANTO: 'Rebellion' Video Released

August 6, 2010

German "a cappella metal" band VAN CANTO — which consists of five singers and one drummer (no guitars, no bass, no keyboards) — has released a video for its cover version of the GRAVE DIGGER song "Rebellion". Check it out below.

Commented the band, "This is the best, most professional and most expensive video ever shot. We had more than 300 professional actors and shot more than 20 different locations from Germany to China.

"We apologize for VAN CANTO's faces appearing in this clip but we definitely wanted to be a part of it because it makes us feel like rock stars! Yeah!"

VAN CANTO's version of "Rebellion" (featuring a guest appearance by GRAVE DIGGER frontman Chris Boltendahl) is included on the band's latest album, "Tribe Of Force", which was released in February via Napalm Records.

In addition to Chris, the CD features guest appearances by RAGE guitarist Victor Smolski and SONATA ARCTICA frontman Tony Kakko.
