VELVET REVOLVER Drummer Jams With AEROSMITH

VELVET REVOLVER drummer Matt Sorum (ex-GUNS N' ROSES, THE CULT) joined AEROSMITH on stage on December 2 at the Borgata Casino in Atlantic City, NJ. He performed "No More No More" with the band.

VELVET REVOLVER had recorded a cover version of this song and played it a few times during their 2004-2005 world tour.

VELVET REVOLVER finished touring in support of their 2004 debut album, "Contraband", this past summer with a handful of Ozzfest appearances. The group, who have a few East Coast gigs lined up in late December/early January, are expected to begin recording their sophomore effort shortly for release in 2006. "Contraband" has sold 1.83 million copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
