VELVET REVOLVER Frontman To Perform At Florida Charity Event

According to MiamiHerald.com, VELVET REVOLVER frontman Scott Weiland will perform an All-Star Gala benefiting the AROD Family Foundation and Bay Point Schools on January 19 at the Ritz Carlton South Beach, Florida. Roy and Lea Black along with Cynthia and Alex Rodriguez are hosting the event, which is expected to be attended by Pamela Anderson, comedian Tommy Davidson, boxer Lennox Lewis, Rush Limbaugh, slugger Mike Piazza, former baseball MVP Mo Vaughn, R&B singer Mario Winans and model Alicia Pickter. Diva Patti LaBelle will also perform. Anderson and A-Rod will be among the celebs playing in the event's Fourth Annual Dewar's 12 Poker Challenge. Tickets are $500 per person. Call 305-443-8980.
