VELVET REVOLVER: 'Letterman' Performance Available For Download
May 26, 2004VELVET REVOLVER performed their first single, "Slither", live on CBS' "The Late Show With David Letterman" Tuesday night (May 25). Video footage of the band's performance has been made available for download at this location (Windows Media, 10 MB).
In other news, VELVET REVOLVER made an appearance on "The Howard Stern Show" on Monday (May 24) to perform and to promote their debut album, "Contraband". Frontman Scott Weiland also talked extensively about his ongoing probation due to drug abuse. Weiland told Stern that he and his wife have not gotten divorced like Howard thought they had. He said they decided not to do that and stuck together. She has demanded that he not do the drugs anymore and that's what's helped him out.
