VELVET REVOLVER Members Discuss New Album With FOX NEWS; Video Available

VELVET REVOLVER has just released "Libertad", an album celebrating freedom and liberty. Guitarist Slash spoke with Fox News about the album title, while drummer Matt Sorum talked about some problems the band members had with each other before working things out, and bassist Duff McKagan explained how they gel live on stage. A limited edition of the "Libertad" CD sold through Best Buy comes with a bonus DVD.

The first single from the album is "She Builds Quick Machines".

VELVET REVOLVER will appear on the July 12-13 edition of ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" and begins a North American tour with ALICE IN CHAINS on August 5 in Baltimore.
