VICIOUS RUMORS and PHANTOM-X have cancelled their participation in the Kansas City Power Metal Fest 2008, set to take place August 8-9 at the The Riot Room in Kansas City, Missouri. Newly added to the festival is AVENGER OF BLOOD.
