VINCE NEIL Performs In Libertyville; Video Available

April 5, 2007

A couple of video clips of MÖTLEY CRÜE frontman Vince Neil performing at Austin's in Libertyville, Illinois on March 23, 2007 have been posted at YouTube: Video#1, Video#2.

Neil's current solo band features Dana Strum (SLAUGHTER, VINNIE VINCENT INVASION) on bass, Jeff Blando (SLAUGHTER) on guitar and Will Hunt (TOMMY LEE, DARK NEW DAY, SKRAPE) on drums.

The hard-hitting Will Hunt is no stranger to MÖTLEY CRÜE, having substituted a tendonitis-suffering Tommy Lee last year for some shows on the CRÜE's "Carnival of Sins" tour. He previously toured the world playing drums in Tommy Lee's solo band.

According to Florida's Palm Beach Post, MÖTLEY CRÜE frontman Vince Neil, former Miami Dolphins offensive tackle Todd Wade and former Florida Gator southpaw quarterback Bob Hewko just signed a partnership with M&M to open a rock 'n' roll themed bar-restaurant in West Palm Beach named Dr. Feelgood's Rock Bar, after the 1989 album by Neil's band. The joint, in the space currently occupied by MonkeyClub, will be stuffed with Neil memorabilia and his Harley collection. The bar area will be designed to look like a pharmacy, the liquor bottles will be displayed between oversized pharmaceuticals and the bartenders will wear sexy nurses' uniforms.
