VINCE NEIL's Mug Shot Released

June 28, 2010

TMZ.com has obtained MÖTLEY CRÜE frontman Vince Neil's mug shot (see below) — taken right after he was arrested in Las Vegas, Nevada last night (Sunday, June 27) on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Neil, 49, was booked at the Clark County Detention Center and faces one count of DUI-Liquor, Las Vegas police spokesman Bill Cassell told CNN. He was arrested at about 11:15 p.m. Sunday.

Neil has a September 27 court date.

The singer was also allegedly involved in an incident in front of a Hilton hotel where a fan said her camera was broken, Cassell told CNN. Police are investigating that incident.

Neil lives in Las Vegas, where he has tattoo shops and the Vince Neil Tres Rios Cantina at the Las Vegas Hilton.

Vince was sentenced to 30 days in jail and five years' probation after an accident in 1984 in which Neil also was driving under the influence. He also paid $2.6 million to the victims and performed 200 hours of community service. That crash caused the death of Neil's passenger, HANOI ROCKS drummer Nicholas "Razzle" Dingley.

Vince Neil's tell-all book "Tattoos & Tequila", will be released on September 23 via New York's Grand Central Publishing.

Neil has just released his new solo CD, also titled "Tattoos & Tequila" (Eleven Seven Music). It is a compilation of genre-defining hits that have been given the Vince Neil rock renewal treatment.
